Author Kit

▶ Long paper
Prospective AVSP2013 authors are invited to submit a 4-6 page long paper (double column) written in English.
After peer-reviewing, accepted full papers will be considered either for an oral presentation, or for a poster presentation.

▶ Short paper
A very limited number of short papers (1-2 pages, double column) will be considered only for poster presentations.
This format is intended to present a system, a project, etc.
All papers will be peer-reviewed.

▶ Formatting
All papers must be formatted according to the Interspeech paper kit.

▶ Submission website
Papers must be submitted via the online submission system (open in March 2013) before the deadline
To submit a long full paper, or a short full paper, you have to follow this submission link. If you don't have an Easychair account, you have to create one, and after logging in, click on "New submission", and fill in the form.

There is only one step submission (submitting full paper for either short or long format).
The deadline of the submission is May 8 , 2013.
However, updates of the pdf file will be permitted until May 12th, 2013 midnight GMT, but the title, author, abstract and topics will not be modifiable.


C. MAX
